cloud control 13c - now with full version numbers!

Another nice thing i just noticed with cloud control 13cR1 (and i guess R2 now too) is that db versions are now 'fuller'

previously where we would just see 11.2.0.4.0 we now see something like this

And we get the full PSU/SPU/CPU (or whatever its called this week)

This is a nice useful addition - i had previously been collecting this with metric extension - see here - this is now redundant
